Changed your mind?
You can cancel within 14 days after delivery, then have a further 14 days to send the item back. Return postage is your responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
You may try clothing on, but please keep it free from wear, washing, alterations and damage. Handling beyond what is needed to check the item may reduce the refund.
Refunds
Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return or evidence that it has been sent, whichever comes first. If you cancel the whole order, the standard outward delivery charge is also refunded.
Something isn’t right?
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from its description, contact us with your order number and details. We’ll arrange an appropriate solution and cover any required return postage.
