How much does delivery cost?
Standard UK delivery is £4.95. Delivery is complimentary on orders of £150 or more. Read our delivery information.
How long will delivery take?
Processing takes 1–3 days and delivery after dispatch takes an estimated 3–8 days, Monday to Saturday. Orders received before 1:00 pm (GMT+1), Monday to Saturday, enter processing the same day. See our delivery information for the cutoff and full details.
At HALE & VENN, we are committed to sustainability and reducing our environmental impact. We consolidate orders and ship them once a certain volume is reached to minimise unnecessary emissions. Consolidated dispatch takes place within our stated 1–3 day processing window.

Can I change a delivery address?
