United Kingdom delivery
Standard delivery is £4.95. Delivery is complimentary on orders of £150 or more.
Order processing
Orders received before 1:00 pm (GMT+1), Monday to Saturday, enter processing the same day. Orders received after this cutoff or on Sunday enter processing on the next processing day.
Processing takes 1–3 days, Monday to Saturday. Same-day processing does not mean same-day dispatch.
Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery takes an estimated 3–8 days, Monday to Saturday. Allow an estimated 4–11 processing and delivery days in total, excluding Sundays. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates; bank holidays and carrier delays may affect delivery.

At HALE & VENN, we are committed to sustainability and reducing our environmental impact. We consolidate orders and ship them once a certain volume is reached to minimise unnecessary emissions. Consolidated dispatch takes place within our stated 1–3 day processing window.
